As a personal trainer for over 15 years, and a fitness and yoga instructor for 10 years, I'm passionate about wellness and serving others to accomplish their goals: seeking to be and feel their personal best! An advocate for women’s health, and believe everyone deserves to be supported in moving their bodies with self-compassion, joy, and kindness. Perhaps most importantly, I champion encouraging others to find the fun in movement.
What you can expect this week:
Embrace the challenge. We will work through a variety of movements using high and low impact options that are sure to increase your heart rate and get you sweating. Endurance training is a key component to longevity, performance, and fatigue management. We will utilize a combo of steady-state and high intensity interval bursts to ensure we are training endurance across the spectrum.

With over 8 years of experience, I've become adept at teaching virtual, in-studio, and outdoor classes, adapting to various settings to cater to the needs and preferences of my students. My commitment to making yoga accessible to all has endeared me to the Vancouver yoga community.
My journey as a Yoga Instructor is about community building as I aim to inspire and uplift those around me. Hopefully leaving a positive and lasting impact on the yoga community in Vancouver and beyond.

She has transformed millions of lives with her message through large presentations, workshops, trainings, content creation and one-on-one coaching and experiences. She has seamlessly merged all her passions, skills, qualifications and personal experiences to create her platform at Breath & Fire to share with individuals, groups and organizations. She is with us in Mexico to help us find our inner flames!
What to expect this week:
We will light the earth beneath us on fire and find the calm in our breath together this week. Michelle's unique music-inspired experiences will fuse dance, kundalini yoga, breath and meditation to awaken our true essence. We will move our bodies the way they were meant to move. Functionally, intentionally, creatively and with style and self expression. When we move our way, you can’t get anything wrong. For real. Let’s get out of our heads and into our bodies.
