Your deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining amount will be fully refundable if you cancel at least one month before departure.

Your payment will be fully refundable if you cancel at least one month before departure.

• CAN I BRING MY PETS?
We love our furry friends! You can bring a maximum of 2 pets (each less than 50 pounds) and they are only allowed in the cabin next to the main lodge. The cabin has a fenced outdoor area for the pets to enjoy the outdoor space too!
• IS A BONFIRE ALLOWED?
Our property has a firepit overlooking the lake specifically for bonfire, s'mores and ceremony. Please only use the firepit for a bonfire. Please respect the local law, as fire is not allowed within certain times during the year.
• WHAT DO I HAVE TO BRING?
We provide hotel quality bed sheets, pillows, towels and beach towels, as well as toiletries, shampoo and soap. We also have basic cooking essentials in our main kitchen, like salt, pepper, some seasonings and coffee. Grocery store, alcohol store, and general are minutes away from location.
Hostel may not have all of the items listed.
• IS THE WATER SAFE TO DRINK?
Only drink bottled water
• IS THERE WIFI IN ALL THE SUITES?
Yes, all of our suites, and areas in the main lodge and cabin have high speed internet for Netflix, downloading files and online work.
• ARE THERE ANY COFFEE MACHINES?
Yes, there is a Keurig machine and also regular coffee brewers, French press and Moka coffee maker, as well as a milk frother,kettles for tea in the main kitchen. There are also kettles for tea in each suite.
• IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING?
Our main lodge has a central cooling and heating system. Each boho and coconut suite also has its own fan and air-conditioning units.
