A proponent of whole-hearted living, holistic wellness and shoulder to shoulder healing. I am a passionate, trauma sensitive yoga teacher, usui reiki master and holistic health coach intending to elevate the human race through the return to love.
What to expect this week
I have a thought of offering a modest in length workshop about the energetics of food. This is something that I have been quietly in love with for nearly a decade now and feel that it could be of interest and benefit! Alongside this mention, I would be both glad and grateful to offer energy healing sessions under the umbrella of Usui Reiki.
ABOUT DIANA @diana.ond
At a young age, I delved into mindfulness, yoga, and various movement practices, discovering my deep passion for Kundalini yoga, breathwork, and Transcendental meditation.
My breathwork practices focus on helping to release stress and physical signs of anxiety, as well as strengthening the immune and nervous systems.
I'm dedicated to guiding individuals toward personal and professional transformation, empowering them to discover their inner strength through the power they always carry within themselves - their breath.
What to expect this week:
During our time together, you can expect a deeper understanding of how your breath can significantly impact your emotional well-being and reduce anxiety, ultimately supporting the restoration of your nervous system.
The practice will seamlessly integrate gentle movement and breathwork exercises.
ABOUT HALEY @_thewildthing_

Above all, Haley hopes to inspire students to connect to the joy within and the divine without
What to expect this week:
I love creating holistic experiences that engage all of the senses. You can expect yoga classes backdropped with the smell of sage and the sound of crystal healing instruments, as well as live song.
I’ll offer fire ceremonies and the Inner Medicines Ecstatic Dance workshop, where we embody the art of self-healing. Through ceremony, we will move stuck energy and invite joy and abundance into life.
I will also be available for privates where I can read your energetic and physical body to craft a unique, personalized yogic experience that will take your practice beyond the asanas (postures).

• Reflective Questions
How long have I been saying that I'm in need of a break but haven't acted on it?
Have I considered the impact of delaying self-care and not giving myself the rest I deserve?
What thoughts are holding me back from taking time for myself?
Am I waiting for the 'perfect time' to take a retreat or can I commit to my happiness now?
What other commitments or distractions have taken over my own personal growth?
How can I shift my mindset to view self-care as an essential investment rather than an indulgence?
What personal goals or dreams have I put on hold, and can this retreat help me move closer to them?
Can I ask a friend or partner to share accommodations to reduce expenses?
Can I ask my workplace for just a few days off to make this retreat a reality?
Is there a possibility to swap shifts or work remotely during the retreat dates, allowing for greater flexibility?
What daily costs can I reduce to make this possible?
Are there any budget airlines like Flair flying to Puerto Vallarta?
Is there an opportunity to use rewards points or miles from credit cards or loyalty programs to offset travel costs?
• Working Remotely
Come together to deepen your spiritual journey in serene, nature-infused surroundings. With lightning-fast WiFi and an inspirational workspace design, reimagine your work routine and unlock a whole new realm of productivity while you journey.
• The Safe Space
A space where you don't have to shrink yourself.
A space where you don't have to pretend or perform in ways that people want you to and actually show up for yourself
A space where you can fully be vulnerable, in silence, or completely empty which is completely enough.
A space where you can show up, as you are, without judgment, without ridicule, without fear of violence or containment.
A space where you can just be and filled all the way up.
A space where you can make new friends and build meaningful connections.
Our experiences aim to create a safe and inclusive environment where individuals can feel comfortable being their authentic selves, without feeling judged or pressured to perform.
The focus is on building a community where people can connect and support each other! This kind of environment can be especially beneficial for those who may feel marginalized or isolated in other areas of their lives.
Overall, it is a safe space for women-identifying souls plus their allies to explore their practice and connect with like-minded individuals.
